Target gross investor returns from 6%-10% annually (pre tax and fees)
Soteria NZ co-investment of up to 20%
We connect lenders to Wholesale and Eligible Investors while facilitating access to alternative property investments via secure loans.
Our digital platform uses cutting-edge smart contract technology to offer transparency for lenders and investors.
Our strength lies in our ability to deliver specialised solutions that support our communities and the businesses who build them.
Soteria understands money represents more than just a number. It creates future opportunities and we take great pride and care in how we manage that responsibility.

Soteria uploads qualified, fully secured property loans from approved lenders, making them available on the platform for Wholesale and Eligible Investors to invest in via a unit trust (Pool) vehicle

Wholesale and Eligible Investors review the key information about the loans and decide whether it is right for them to invest

Wholesale and Eligible Investors transfer money into a Soteria trust account, then investors allocate that money into a particular Pool to make an investment in units of that Pool

Wholesale and Eligible Investors get regular Pool updates and share in interest paid to the Pool if due

The loan is repaid by the end borrower and investor capital is repaid (returns are not guaranteed)
